SCAN ON DEMAND
Through the use of Infeauxnet software, our customers have the ability to request files in storage through our scan on demand feature. At the time of request, our staff will pull, prep, and scan that requested file. Once scanned, we will notify the customer that the file is ready for viewing. The customer can download or print, at this time. Scanned files will remain available to view for as long as the storage account remains active.
BACK FILE CONVERSIONS
We can perform scanning services for a variety of legacy records to be integrated into the customer's existing imaging system, or they can be stored and accessed through AFS Infeauxnet software in a hosted environment.
ONGOING DAY FORWARDING SCANNING
AFS offers ongoing imaging services where we can pick up your active paper files on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, and convert them to electronic files with a quick turnaround. This option is perfect for clients who don’t have the space or want to hire and train staff to perform the prep, scan, and quality control services.

Infeauxnet was designed to provide our clients with an easily and accessible way to view, request, share, and manage their scanned documents. Infeauxnet offers secure, online access to scanned documents for our storage customers and those using our hosted imaging solutions to scan in-house.
